VADODARA: A video showing two police constables shaking their legs with female orchestra dancers in Vadodara, Gujarat, has gone viral on social media. The two policemen are seen on a stage dancing to Bollywood numbers with girls and showering money while in uniform.
According to News Hour India sources, the incident took place about a week ago during the wedding ceremony of a police constable’s daughter. The two cops seen in the video were invited for the wedding. An orchestra party was performing on stage when the two policemen reached the dance floor and started swirling to Bollywood numbers. They apparently forgot that they were in their uniforms and even started showering money on the dancing girls. The entire incident was captured on camera and is now doing the rounds of social media.
Vadodara police have been pushed on the backfoot ever since the video has emerged and are contemplating disciplinary action against the two erring constables.
