No Jail: Salman sentence suspended!

The verdict given by the Mumbai Sessions Court two days ago convicting him in the ‘hit and run’ case is being suspended by the Mumbai High Court on the grounds that the appeal is taken by the High Court.

That means Salman Khan is presently free from the five years rigorous imprisonment and as long the case would be in hearing in High Court, Salman Khan will be in prolonged bail and free to roam outside.

After hearing the arguments of the defence and the public prosecutor, Judge, Abhay Khipsay made an observation why Salman Khan need to go to jail when his appeal is being taken up in a higher court.

So Salman Khan has to come in person and submit fresh papers on jail and since today is the last working day before going on vacation, Salman Khan must immediately come to the sessions court and submit bail plea.
